Is the exhibition open to both trade visitors and the general public?

IME 2024 is primarily a business to business (B2B) trade exhibition for mattress and furniture manufacturing professionals to source machineries, technologies, fabrics, upholstery supplies, other products and services. The exhibition is open to trade and business visitors only. For security and safety reasons, the general public and minors below the age of 18 will not be allowed admission. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry without being required to give reasons.

Is the exhibition free to attend?

IME 2024 is free to attend for all trade visitors.

Can I buy product samples or exhibits and take them from the exhibition?

No you cannot buy product samples or exhibits at the exhibition as per ITPO (India Trade Promotion Organization) guidelines. However, you are most welcome to pre-book or place an order at the exhibition.

Are there any events or activities taking place during the exhibition?

Yes, there will be B2B forums / seminars during IME 2024. The expo is also co-located with IndiaWood (your IME E-Badge is valid for IndiaWood entry). Please do visit the website closer to the exhibition for detailed information on more events and activities.

Are children allowed to visit the exhibition?

No. As IME 2024 is a trade event, no one under 18 years of age will be allowed to enter the exhibition

How do I register to visit?

All trade visitors can spot register at any of the registration counters during their visit to the show. Trade visitors can also pre-register online.

Can I register onsite?

Yes, you are able to register for IME 2024 on-site; though we strongly encourage you to register online to avoid long waiting queues. To register on-line click-here
